NY Real Estate Courses is being built as a New York–only real estate education platform. This page states where the project stands today.
What we are building
An online school dedicated to New York real estate education, covering salesperson qualifying, broker qualifying, and continuing education pathways. The platform is designed around New York's own structure of subject areas rather than adapted from material written for somewhere else.
That focus is deliberate. A single jurisdiction means the course structure, the record-keeping, and the learner experience can all be built to one standard instead of compromised across fifty.
How we talk about ourselves
This site does not claim approvals, certifications, endorsements, pass rates, student counts, awards, or years of operation. It does not describe an operating history the project does not have.
Where a fact is not yet established, this site says so plainly rather than filling the space. Statements about approval status, credit, availability, and pricing will be published only when they are accurate and supportable.
