Path 02 · Broker

Broker qualifying education.

The advanced pathway for licensees moving toward broker practice. This page explains what the pathway covers in general terms. It is informational only.

StatusCourses are in development. Nothing on this site is offered for enrollment, purchase, or license credit at this time.

Who this pathway is for

Licensees preparing for the responsibilities of broker practice: supervising others, operating an office, analyzing transactions, and taking on a wider legal and financial scope of work.

New York applies a prerequisite to broker qualifying education. Eligibility is established from a learner's own record, and we will verify it before anyone starts — not afterward.
