Path 03 · Continuing education
Continuing education for New York licensees.
The ongoing pathway for licensees maintaining a New York real estate license. This page is informational only.
Who this pathway is for
Salespersons and brokers who already hold a New York license and are keeping it current. It assumes working knowledge of practice and focuses on what has changed and what is required.
How it differs from qualifying education
Continuing education is governed by its own New York rules. It is not a shortened version of a qualifying course, and we do not design it that way. The requirements, subject areas, and completion mechanics are treated as a separate system in this platform.
We do not publish credit-hour claims, renewal advice, or availability dates here. Confirm your own renewal obligations with the New York State Department of State.
